You mentioned it was unscripted, have a script on screen and keep the most important aspects of what you need to talk about. You can digress from it sometimes but don’t do it to much.
Also it would be cool if in the begin of the video you set up a menu with annotations to choose which tip you would like to view and you send them to that part of the video when clicked on. Now I would not name it tip 1,2,3,4, ect just a quick 1 or 2 word that gives the basics of what you’re talking about
