BE Music & Entertainment Announces Team, New Nashville Office

Dallas and Nashville-based artist development company BE Music & Entertainment has established its management team and announced the opening of its Nashville offices.
BE Music & Entertainment President Michael Blanton has appointed Artist Development Managers Chelsea Drimmel to the Nashville office and Elisabeth Jordan to the Dallas office.
Both Drimmel and Jordan are responsible for overseeing all operations in their respective offices.
Headed by industry veterans Blanton and Carl Kornmeyer, BE Music & Entertainment is a subsidiary of Dallas-based parent company, London Broadcasting Company, headed by Presidentand CEO Terry London.
Artist managers David McCollum, James Hodgin and Chris DeTray and Associate Artist Manager Jami Crockett join the BE Music & Entertainment team with the merger of Dryve Artist Management. This agreement also includes artists Dave Barnes (whose song “God Gave Me You” was released this week by Blake Shelton), 2011 Dove Award winner Chris August, Jackopierce, Cary Pierce, Manafest, Derek Webb, Shawn McDonald, Nathan Angelo, Slugs & Bugs, Stephen Gause, Bryan Brown, Downhere, All Sons & Daughters and Andrew Ripp.

BE Music & Entertainment provides services and support in all aspects of management, production and publishing to clients in music, as well as film, television, visual art and literature. The company is also currently working with artists Kylie Rae Harris, Ryan Edgar, Ashley Brandenburg and Ryan Farish, among others.
As part of its artist development services, BE Music & Entertainment has also announced an “in association” relationship with Nashville-based production team Sorted Noise, which specializes in artist positioning to build branding opportunities, production and licensing music for television and film. To date, the team has landed their artists more than 100 placements in film, television and advertising, and production credits including American Idol alum Michael Castro, Julie Roberts and “Justin Bieber’s Girlfriend” singer Michaela Wallace.
In addition to its video production studio in Dallas, BE Music & Entertainment is building audio and video production space in the Nashville Terrazzo development in The Gulch. The environmentally friendly, LEED certified space includes executive offices, writing rooms, recording and edit bays and a 2,000 sq. foot performance area. BE Music has signed a long-term lease on the property, with completion of the project expected in September 2011.
