This is the second time I have purchased this product as it was a massive success first time around but was dropped before finished and left a little girl broken hearted as she absolutely loved designing and painting the pig. I have therefore bought a replacement for Christmas! Highly recommended.

|Piggy bank fun for grown ups!,
I am 24 and I bought this for myself as an incentive to save. I painted pictures of things I want to save for all over it so every time I see it it encourages me to put money in. It’s for travelling and I wanted to put flags on it – the colours weren’t really very good for that so I have some interesting flags – Germany is purple, orange and yellow! But the colours are lovely and will be great for kids – very bright. The paint dries very quickly so there’s not too much mess and something I found useful was that you could draw on it in pencil where you wanted to paint and it rubbed off easily after – so for very young kids you could draw something on for them to paint maybe? The only thing I didn’t like really was that on the box it shows that the pig has an outline for eyes indented into the face but mine didn’t so I had to draw my own on which weren’t that good! The snout is indented though so I don’t know if that was just a mistake with my eyes or if they’re all like that. All in all I thought it was brilliant for grown ups and I work with kids so think it would be equally as good for them.

|Fun to paint…,
My son wanted a piggy-bank so I thought it was a nice combination of a bit of fun with a purpose. He (6 years) and his sister, who is 4, made quite a mess of the poor pig as it came out a multicoloured alien pig but they had fun. My son is now using it as his little bank. I would recommend it for a child who wants a piggy bank, otherwise it only serves 5 mins.
