Former Gartner Analyst and Zig Ziglar Protégé Selected as Keynotes at IAITAM 2011 Annual Conference and Exhibition

Cicala & Associates’ President and CEO, Patricia Cicala, and American Dream Success’ Knish Dhanam have been named keynote speakers at this year’s IAITAM 2011 Annual Conference & Exhibition (ACE), hosted by The International Association for IT Asset Management (IAITAM) and held from October 12-14, 2011 at the Aria Resort City Center, Las Vegas.

Patricia Cicala, President and CEO, Cicala & Associates: IT Business Drivers: Riding on the Merry-Go-Round: Patricia Cicala has over 20 years of experience in the management of technology, with expertise in the areas of asset management, procurement, contracts, and strategic technology workplace development. Prior to forming Cicala & Associates, Ms. Cicala was the Vice President and Worldwide Practice Leader for Asset Management and Procurement at Gartner Group, Inc., the leading technology research authority. Pat will deliver her presentation on October 13.
Knish Dhanam, American Dream Success: Speaker Personally trained by Zig Ziglar, Krish Dhanam is a recognized expert in the field of human engineering and human development. As a curriculum designer he has worked with some of the brightest minds in the training and development space and authored programs on sales, service, staff development, presentation skills and leadership. He is the author of The American Dream from an Indian Heart, an international speaker, trainer and consultant. Krish will deliver his presentation on October 12.
Executives from Accenture, Cargill, Chevron USA, Federal Aviation Administration, Highlights for Children, Tucson Electric Power, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and many other well-known organizations will also speak at the conference.
