1st I journaled+got junk out of mind+threw away. I ended up getting essays published. Had no medical ins.for 12 yrs.So i decided to keep myself strong by all I wrote below. I do home remdies for whatever comes up, much learned from mother, she read Edgar Casey. I started painting, wrote a screeplay, self taught. Last week an editor saw a blog I wrote and asked if i would write somethingI .l did, and will be published in Bella Magazine this month on Things woman do for themselves to feel good.
In ten minutes. I liked to listen to music with no words. Fight off the “I can’t” attitde. And things changed. I had back problems.I started arobics in home w/TV +walking up to beach when I was 40. It was a no more excuses’ montra. I picked up rocks on the beach did arms, back, and walked out-the kinks,still do at the age of 58. I have a healthy stronger body than ever. We tend to make excuses, obsticles as to why we can’t do. Do one thing for ten min. Focus on need+just do it, take action.
I used to do this every morn.18 yrs I walk on sand, can’t take concrete. I walk now about every other day early in the morning.No matter the weather.I call excersize inner sunshine. While i walked all those yrs ago, w/no job, lil money.rented house on bch. I would focus-expect to have what I wanted. I would picture it, smell it, feel it. while focusing on my dreams.I put action to it. I did get the sml house by the bch.a car-paid off-got job,lost j.SOLD house, got apt.aTavern opens in2weeks. .
baby steps. just like “What about Bob?”

Hey thanks for sharing. So simple, isn’t it? Remember it is so easy to do and it is so easy NOT TO DO IT. Make the choice to achieve success 10 minutes at a time! Keep the vids coming!

Thanks Matt – great advice. It’s easy to get discouraged about doing something because of how much work you think it will take, but I can definitely do 10 minutes a day. And I like your singing, BTW 🙂
how can i develop myself? that means that i am to become something that i am not. how can a thing become me? how can i become a thing? if i am not the thing i cannot become it.
