This is a real estate book, but it differs from others that try to target an audience that is only interested in getting rich quick. There is money to be made in real estate especially now with the current climate in the economy. As the author says,

Even though there are opportunities, readers should be realistic about how much money they can make. This book is well written, very detailed and highly practical.
There are a lot of examples in the book to illustrate lesson learned (the hard way) by the writer.
A real “How to” book for someone who’s actually in the business and is highly succesful.

|The best real estate book I bought,
This is the best RE I bought and there’s some simple reasons to explain it:
this book helped me to be creative in this kind of investment, because teach us how to think as a RE entrepreneur. This is very usefull because some books that I bought have wonderful systems or formulas but that dont work in the country where I live or they become obsolete after some time or in diferent markets.
You’ll learn the basic and more important principles of RE. With that you can have little experience, but you will not lose your mind and you’ll stay realistic all the time. Is down to earth like it should be.
I started my investments some months ago and this was the most important book that helped me.
