I bought this product because I had pulled a muscle and it had been ongoing for about 3 weeks. The doctors just kept prescribing medication and rest but nothing seemed to be working. So I thought what else can I do to help shift the pain and get back to normal. I bought this product and over the course of 3 days I had about 6 drinks of this protein shake the muscle pain went! Definitely aids muscle repair!!

Came on time, works well. Excellent muscle recovery supplement! Chocolate flavour is definitely the best one, wouldn’t chose any other. It’s just a shame a scoop doesn’t come with this product to help you measure the amounts.
